To all persons, corporations, or firms who may have any claim for work performed or materials furnished to Enviro Tech Services, LLC, 910 5th Avenue, Suite 230, Greeley, CO 80634, in connection with the 2026 Dust Suppression Project located in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Please take notice that Lincoln County has accepted the work associated with the 2026 Dust Suppression Project as complete, in accordance with the plans, specifications, and provisions set forth in the Agreement between Lincoln County and the above named Contractor. The Contractor is therefore entitled to final settlement.
You are further notified that on October 19, 2026 being the 41st day following the first publication of this Notice Lincoln County will pay Enviro Tech Services, LLC the full amount due under the Contract. Any claims for work done or materials furnished must be filed with Lincoln County, Wyoming on or before October 19, 2026. The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company, d/b/a Enbridge Gas Wyoming (Enbridge or the Company) to pass on a wholesale commodity cost decrease of $0.14454 per dekatherm (Dth), effective for usage on and after December 1, 2025.
The Company’s proposal results in a decrease of $11.56 or 1.38% before taxes in the annual costs for a residential customer using 80 Dth per year.
Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 26 allows a utility to pass on to its customers known or projected commodity cost increases or decreases on a dollar-for-dollar basis, subject to public notice, opportunity for hearing and refund.
