CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT

PUBLIC NOTICE:
In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Champion Concrete, Inc. to install and operate stationary concrete batch plants at the R126 Concrete Batch Plants facility. The R126 Concrete Batch Plants facility is located at 29564 US HWY 189, Kemmerer, WY 83101 (Section 19, T20N, R116W), approximately six (6) miles south southwest of Kemmerer. These concrete batch plants will supply concrete for the Natrium Demonstration Project.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032782 and permit number P0041278 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Lincoln County Library, Kemmerer, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
