Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Department of Transportation has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming and Reiman Corp., The Contractor, on Highway Project Number 1202032 in Lincoln County, consisting of bridge rehabilitation and traffic control, milling and grading work and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on November 19, 2025

NOTICE OF HEARING
BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matter(s) will come before this Commission on THURSDAY, November 13, 2025, at 1:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter(s) may be heard, or between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
DOCKET NO. 1460-2025, brought on the application of Exxon Mobil Corporation for an order from the Commission under the Rules and Regulations of the Underground Injection Control Program for a disposal well in the Madison and Bighorn-Gallatin Formations underlying lands within a two and one-quarter mile radius of the wellbore of the proposed disposal well, Shute Creek (SC) 8-16, with a surface hole located in the NW/4SW/4 in Section 16, Township 22 North, Range 113 West, 6th P.M, Unnamed Field, Lincoln County, Wyoming; for approval of the well for disposal of gas and fluid; and to take whatever other action the Commission deems appropriate.
Any interested firm, person, or corporation is entitled to appear at the time and place aforesaid to be heard by the Commission, and the application may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, Basko Building, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming; or, on the WOGCC website at http://wogcc.wyo.gov.
If there are any protests in the above matter, please make such protest known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor within thirty (30) days following this publication. Pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 12 of the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Rules & Regulations, the written protest must state the grounds of the protest and include information and evidence to demonstrate that: (A) The protestant is a party entitled to notice or relief under Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 30-5-101 through 30-5-410; (B) The protestant seeks a remedy that is within the jurisdiction and authority of the Commission. No action shall be taken on an objection or protest that is not timely filed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to WYO. STAT. §§ 34-4-101 through 34-4-113, that a certain Mortgage dated September 24, 2021, which was executed and delivered by David C. Wager and Julie A. Wager, Mortgagors, to Bank of Star Valley, will be foreclosed by a sale to the highest bidder at a public auction of the premises described pursuant to a power of sale contained in the Mortgage. If you wish to contest said sale, then you must challenge said sale by filing a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction.

The above sale will be conducted by the Sheriff or the Sheriff’s deputy at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025.
In the event that either a representative of the Mortgagee or a representative of Wyoming Title and Escrow is not present at the sale, the sale will be postponed until a later date.
David C. Wager and Julie A. Wager defaulted on the terms of the Note and Mortgage, and as of the date of this Notice, the undersigned claims an outstanding balance on the above-described mortgage of $600,673.02. Interest continues to accrue on the unpaid balance at the rate of $77.95 per day on such mortgage. In addition, the Bank of Star Valley holds a second mortgage on the same premises and property, and the undersigned claims an outstanding balance on such second mortgage of $30.690.45, and interest continues to accrue at the rate of $6.98 per day. The total unpaid amount on both mortgages as of the date of this Notice is $631,363.48.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
