PUBLIC NOTICE:
In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Searle Bros. Construction Co. to construct the Zorro Gravel Pit, a 40 acre pit, which will include sand and gravel crushing, screening, exposed acreage, stockpiling, and haul activity. The Zorro Gravel Pit is located in the S½ Section 26 and N½ Section 35, T21N, R116W, approximately two (2) miles south-southwest of Kemmerer, in Lincoln County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 750,000 tons. No blasting, hot mix asphalt plants or concrete batch plants are planned for this site.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032198 and permit number P0039968 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Lincoln County Library, Kemmerer, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company, d/b/a Enbridge Gas Wyoming (Enbridge or the Company) to pass on a wholesale commodity cost increase of $0.18976 per dekatherm (Dth), effective for usage on and after July 1, 2025.
The Company’s proposal results in an increase of $15.19 or 1.85% before taxes in the annual costs for a residential customer using 80 Dth per year.
Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 26 allows a utility to pass on to its customers known or projected commodity cost increases or decreases on a dollar-for-dollar basis, subject to public notice, opportunity for hearing and refund.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to WYO. STAT. §§ 34-4-101 through 34-4-113, that a certain Mortgage dated September 24, 2021, which was executed and delivered by David C. Wager and Julie A. David C. Wager and Julie A.
