Notice is hereby given that the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office will sell the below referenced vehicles at a public auction. The items will go to the highest bidder with the Sheriff’s Office reserving the right to refuse any and all bids. Anyone is welcome to bid.

The public auction will be held September 4th, 2025 at 2:00p.m. at the Lincoln County Impound Lot. The minimum bid will begin in an amount covering all towing, advertising, and/or other fees acquired before the sale. A $7.50 fee will be required for the Certificate of Sale that will be issued to the successful bidder. Only cash or certified funds will be accepted. All vehicles are sold as is and no warranty is made or implied as to the vehicle &/or title. You may view these items by contacting the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at 307-877-2165 to schedule an appointment.

Notice of Acceptance and Final Payment and Settlement
Notice is hereby given that the Contractor, Dana Kepner Company (now Core & Main), has completed the Kemmerer-Diamondville Joint Powers Board Large Meter Replacement Materials Project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
Any claims against the project or Contractor for uncompleted work, unpaid materials, mechanic’s liens, labor, equipment, or sustenance must be received by the JPB no later than October 6, 2025 at 104 Elk Street, PO Box 1020, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101. The above date is 40 days from the date of this notice. The claim shall include a verified statement of any and all amounts due, the date, the material, labor, or service which was provided, and a copy of the original invoice sent to the Contractor.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TAX DEED

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the following, pursuant to W.S. 39-13-108(e).
The following described property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming is the subject of this notice: COMM R UN A L 83 84 T24 R116 S26
Said property was subject to, and assessed for, taxation for the year of 2020. It was assessed and taxed in the name of Okano, Ineko.
On 27 July 2021, Gerald R. Grove, Jr., purchased said property at public sale at the Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, for the sum of $221.34, said sum being the then unpaid assessed taxes, accumulated interest and costs. On that day, Gerald R. Grove, Jr., received a copy of Certificate of Purchase, #106021 from the Lincoln County Treasurer.
Pursuant W.S. 39-13-108(e) the legal owner of said real property has until the date of application for tax deed in which to redeem the same from Gerald R. Grove Jr. Unless redeemed within the span of time the legal owner’s right of redemption expires. On or after 8 September 2025, Gerald R. Grove, Jr., will be entitled to apply for and receive a deed to such property as provided in W. S. 39-13-108(e)(v).
Application for a tax deed will be made on 8 September 2025. The amount required to redeem is as provided in 39-13-108(e). The amount for which the property was sold at tax sale was $221.34. In addition, Gerald R. Grove, Jr., paid taxes assessed on the property for tax years, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024.
