NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK
Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Department of Transportation has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming and Simon Contractors, The Contractor, on Highway Project Number P112024 in Lincoln County, consisting of ADA upgrades involving sidewalk/curb and gutter, electrical, concrete paving, traffic control, signing, pavement striping, aggregate surfacing and miscellaneous work and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on September 15, 2025.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of IDAWY Solid Waste District will meet on Wednesday , August 27, 2025 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. at the Caribou County Fire Station in Soda Springs, Idaho for the purpose of considering and fixing a final budget and making appropriations to each office, department, service, agency, or institution and fund for the next fiscal year, and to re-open the fiscal year 24-25 budget for unanticipated expenses and revenue, at which time any taxpayer may appear and be heard upon any part or parts of the said tentative budget; and that the following table sets forth the amount to be appropriated to "Salaries" and "Other Expenses" during the fiscal year of October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 by said departments, to wit :
