Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyo. Stat. § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a Public Hearing in Docket No. 90000-147-XI-19, the Commission’s investigation pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 37-2-117, to assure that long-term resource decisions made by PacifiCorp, d/b/a in Wyoming as Rocky Mountain Power (RMP), as reflected in the Integrated Resource Plan (2019 IRP), filed by RMP on October 18, 2019, are consistent with applicable Wyoming public utility law and the public interest, and that the results of RMP’s Coal Study, conducted in connection with the development of the 2019 IRP, is sufficiently understood by the Commission and other interested parties. (The Commission initiated an investigation of the Coal Study in Docket No. 90000-144-XI-19, which has been consolidated with Docket No. 90000-147-XI-19.) The Public Hearing will be commence on Monday, July 13, 2020, in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne beginning at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be preceded by an exhibit and final procedural conference, commencing at 8:30 a.m.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing which will be conducted in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, Wyoming Public Service Commission Rules, and subject to any applicable national, state or local public health related orders or directives.
