WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated March 14, 2013, executed and delivered by David M. Teichert and Kelsey M. PUBLIC NOTICE
The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Questar Gas Company, d/b/a Dominion Energy Wyoming (Dominion or the Company) to amortize the Conservation Enabling Tariff Balancing Account resulting in a rate increase to $0.02612 per dekatherm (Dth), for all General Service class customers, effective for usage on and after January 1, 2024.
The proposed change is based on the amortization of an over collected balance of $89,058.49 as of October 2023, and on a 12-month test year ending December 31, 2024. The Company’s proposal results in an annual increase of approximately $11.96 or 1.10% before taxes, for a typical residential customer using 80 Dth.
