It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick Lynn Stanton announces his passing on Tuesday, June 10, in Kemmerer. Pat was born Dec. 1, 1947, in Rock Springs, to Jeanne Marie and Richard Henry Stanton. Pat was the oldest of the three Stanton children.
Pat married Sherida Rae Morris in 1969, and together they had three children — one boy, Paul; and twin girls, Kelly and Lindsey.
Pat’s death leaves an unfillable void in the lives of his family, yet they will find comfort in the memories and everlasting love they shared.
Pat is survived by his son, Paul Stanton; daughters, Lindsey Parsons and Kelly Stanton; ex-spouse, Sherida Bullis; granddaughters, Mia Parsons and Monroe Parsons; sister, Lynette Stanton; brother, Vernon Stanton; sister-in-law, Beep Stanton; and nephews, Danny (Kathy) Stanton, Matthew (Amy) Stanton and Phillip (Jen) Stanton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Henry Stanton and Jeanne Marie Stanton.
A Catholic Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 20, to be followed by a celebration of his life after the service at the church parish.
