Donald Irving Bishop rejoined his beloved wife, Charlene, in their eternal home on Tuesday, Dec. 10, after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
Born March 3, 1945, he is survived by their six children, Stephany Cook (Jimmy), Machiel Rhinehart (Bill), Christopher Bishop (Rachelle), Jonathan Bishop (Tonia), Charles Bishop (Stacey), Nathan Bishop; 24 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He enjoyed serving in his many callings in the LDS church, and tinkering and building up his train collection. His most recent favorite pastime was doing genealogy for his family and anyone else who would let him.
He was loved and will be missed.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, Dec. 14, at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 E., Preston, Idaho. A viewing was held prior to the service. Interment was in the Preston Idaho Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at webbmortuary.com.
