An angler out of Cheyenne now holds the Wyoming state record for largest tiger trout caught after a day of fishing at Lake Viva Naughton near Kemmerer. Owen Schaad landed a 31-inch, 11.93-pound tiger trout, according to the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.
