The South Lincoln Medical Center is happy to have received a new grill for their kitchen, which serves both the hospital and the nursing home. The purchase of the grill was made possible by a grant to the South Lincoln Hospital District from the Wyoming Community Foundation. The South Lincoln Hospital District gave special thanks to Wyoming Community Foundation; Heather Hronek, Grants Coordinator; and Eric Wilcox, Facilities Planning and Operations Manager, for working so hard and supporting the hospital district.
“It has expanded our menu by quite a bit, and thus far, people seem pretty happy with the return of grill favorites like cheeseburgers and our different melts. Our long-term care friends especially have been enjoying the different options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,” says Kaleb Hidalgo, Dietary Supervisor.
