Kemmerer citizens speak out against snow removal policy

A roomful of Kemmerer citizens was present at the Kemmerer City Council meeting on Feb. 13, 2023. Citizens commented on the proposed resolution to the snow removal policy. Mayor William Thek took full responsibility for proposing the resolution policy. He asked all speakers to be respectful and to be cognizant of the three-minute time limit before he allowed public comment. “You don’t have to go over and over the same things. The council will listen and absorb what you have to say,” said Thek.
