COKEVILLE — The Cokeville High School Music Department presented a “Spooktacular Sounds” fall concert on Wednesday, Oct. 16, in the CHS auditorium under the direction of Vince Burgoyne and Nanette Cook, assistant director and accompanist. It was a wonderful night of spooky musical selections.

The Junior High Band performed “Zombie Attack!” and “Dark Ride.” They were followed by the Junior High Choir presenting “The Addams Family,” choreographed by Myles Dayton and Emmitt Groll, and “Monster Mash,” with soloists Briquelle Peck and Cael Walker.

The Mixed Choir took the stage next with: “Dry Bones” choreographed by Maliyah Thompson and “Nightmare Before Christmas.” These two numbers included fog effects and glow stick bones. The Symphonic Band presented “Highlights from Harry Potter” and “In the Hall of the Mountain King.”

The final group to perform was Celebration, presenting “Thriller,” with soloists Justin Moyes and Kayson Walker, choreographed by Brynn Lyman, along with “Zombie Jamboree (Back to Back),” with soloist Ammon Hatch and choreographed by Brynn Lyman.
