Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and A & B Construction LTD, The Contractor, on Highway Project Number SALTSTR in Lincoln County, consisting of salt/sand fabric building, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on October 4, 2021.
The date of the first publication of this Notice is August 24, 2021.

CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION MINUTES
AUGUST 16, 2021
The Kemmerer City Council met in a special session this 16th day of August, 2021, at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present on roll call were Mayor William Thek, Councilman Robert Bowen, Councilman Dale Hicks, Councilman Bill Price, Councilman Mark Quinn, Councilman Eric Rudy, and Councilwoman Jamie Thornock.
BUSINESS ITEM:
(a) Motion was made Councilman Hicks to authorize the Mayor to sign the option agreement for the sale and purchase of real estate commercial lot or land from Wayne & Natalie Millar and Terrie Ann Gunderson as amended; seconded by Councilman Quinn and unanimously approved by Council.
There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Hicks made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Councilman Quinn and unanimously approved by Council present; 6:34 p.m.
