Notice is hereby given of a public hearing on the proposed budget for South Lincoln Hospital District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, which is now being considered by the Board of the South Lincoln Hospital District. The public hearing will be held in Kemmerer, Wyoming, in the Board Room of the South Lincoln Medical Center on the 6th day of July 2020, at six o’clock p.m. At which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget. The Kemmerer-Diamondville Water and Wastewater Joint Powers Board will hear public comments on the following amendments to the FY 2019-2020 budget at 7 pm on Tuesday July 14, 2020:
Budget Resolution No 2020-03 amend revenue and expenditure for Confined Space Entry and Communication Safety Equipment in the amount of $5,662.56 Total. Received a grant for safety improvement in the amount of $5,132.46. The remainder of $530.10 was paid by JPB. This was not budgeted but was necessary to help ensure the safety of our employees during confined space entry.
Budget Resolution No 2020-04 amend revenue and expenditure for equipment replacement of a trailer jetter for Wastewater Collection Department in the amount of $82,995.00 to replace the current trailer jetter that is beyond repair.
Budget Resolution No 2020-05 amend revenue and expenditure for equipment maintenance and repair of a Aerator Seal and Gear box for a 40 year old Aerator motor at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $10,000.00 to repair the existing equipment that is failing.

Stat. § 37-2-117, to assure that long-term resource decisions made by PacifiCorp, d/b/a in Wyoming as Rocky Mountain Power (RMP), as reflected in the Integrated Resource Plan (2019 IRP), filed by RMP on October 18, 2019, are consistent with applicable Wyoming public utility law and the public interest, and that the results of RMP’s Coal Study, conducted in connection with the development of the 2019 IRP, is sufficiently understood by the Commission and other interested parties. (The Commission initiated an investigation of the Coal Study in Docket No. 90000-144-XI-19, which has been consolidated with Docket No. 90000-147-XI-19.) You are hereby notified that the Kemmerer Diamondville Water & Wastewater Joint Powers Board has accepted as completed, according to plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Agreement between the Board and the aforementioned Contractor, the work in connection with the 18” Redundant Pipeline Project – Phase 1, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement.
You are further notified that upon July 28, 2020 being the 41st day after the first publication of this Notice, the Kemmerer Diamondville Water & Wastewater Joint Powers Board will pay to High Country Construction, Inc. the full amount due under said Contract, and in the event that your claim is not filed with said Board prior to said July 28, 2020, the same shall be waived.
