The Kemmerer-Diamondville Water and Wastewater Joint Powers Board will hear public comments on the following amendments to the FY 2019-2020 budget at 7 pm on Tuesday July 14, 2020:
Budget Resolution No 2020-03 amend revenue and expenditure for Confined Space Entry and Communication Safety Equipment in the amount of $5,662.56 Total. Received a grant for safety improvement in the amount of $5,132.46. The remainder of $530.10 was paid by JPB. This was not budgeted but was necessary to help ensure the safety of our employees during confined space entry.
Budget Resolution No 2020-04 amend revenue and expenditure for equipment replacement of a trailer jetter for Wastewater Collection Department in the amount of $82,995.00 to replace the current trailer jetter that is beyond repair.
Budget Resolution No 2020-05 amend revenue and expenditure for equipment maintenance and repair of a Aerator Seal and Gear box for a 40 year old Aerator motor at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $10,000.00 to repair the existing equipment that is failing.
