Public Notice Review of Request to Amend Uinta Wind, LLC’s Permit DEQ/ISC 18-02 Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Wyoming Industrial Siting Division

Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on September 27, 2021, from Uinta Wind Energy, LLC (Permittee) regarding a modification to this permit related to the Project construction schedule. This schedule has shifted and construction is now expected to begin by the fourth quarter of 2024. This change was driven by a delay in obtaining a power offtake agreement for the project.

Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator is providing public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 18-02. It is the Director’s intention to authorize the change on or about January 29, 2022.  The public may review a copy of the proposed amendment at the office of the Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, WY or online at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gpBW7XSl90Kh6YgGK_-bCnn9WB6blf22/view?usp=sharing
