Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Directors of the South Lincoln County Fire Protection District will be accepting applications for the upcoming election on November 8, 2022. The following vacancies will be filled.
Two (2) four-year terms
Any qualified elector residing within the boundaries of the South Lincoln Fire District wishing to run in the election must complete an application between August 10 through August 29. No applications will be accepted after 5:00PM on August 29, 2022.

NOTICE OF ELECTION
COKEVILLE WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
To all owners of land lying within the boundaries of the Cokeville Watershed Improvement District, State of Wyoming, notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of November 2022, between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M., an election will be held for three (3) directors of the said District, for a term of four (4) years (expires in 2026). Any eligible landowner who is interested in running for director may pick up an application for election from the Lincoln Conservation District Office, Cokeville Town Hall, Room 1.
All persons, firms and corporations who hold title to any lands lying within the Cokeville Watershed Improvement District are eligible to vote.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON
SOUTH LINCOLN HOSPITAL DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing on the proposed budget for South Lincoln Hospital District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, which is now being considered by the Board of the South Lincoln Hospital District. The public hearing will be held in Kemmerer, Wyoming, in the Board Room of the South Lincoln Medical Center on the 27st day of June 2022, at six o’clock p.m. At which time any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting such budget. FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated March 13, 2015, executed and delivered by Chad D. Cazier and Kimberly Cazier who acquired title as Kimberly S. Cazier (“Mortgagors”) to Bank of America, NA, and a real estate Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagors, to said Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on April 1, 2015, at Reception No. 980949, in Book 849, at Page 682 in the public records in the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

The positions available are two (2) four (4) year and three (3) two (2) year terms.
