NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND
FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK
Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and S & L Industrial, The Contractor, on Highway Project Number B179039 in Lincoln, Teton, Sweetwater, Crook, Johnson, Sheridan, Big Horn, Fremont, Hot Springs. Park, Washakie and Sublette Counties, consisting of installing signs and miscellaneous work and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on July 14, 2021.
The date of the first publication of this Notice is June 2, 2021.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR TECHNOLOGY REPLACEMENT LINCOLN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT #l-KEMMERER
Proposals are being requested to replace Lincoln County School District #l’s (LCSD#l) student Chromebooks, staff endpoints, endpoint accessories, servers, access points, charging carts. As well as endpoint, email and server security. LCSD#l will consider all qualified responses to this RFP. During the RFP process, vendors will be required to attend an on-site walk through in order to get a sense of the District’s needs. The district will schedule a mandatory walk through on June 14th at 10:00 a.m. In order to be considered, the proposals must be received by June 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Final award notification will take place by June 23, 2021. Copies of the RFP documents can be obtained at District Office or on the School District’s website: www.rangersl.net

Public Notice
The Kemmerer-Diamondville Water & Wastewater Joint Powers Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 7 pm in the Kemmerer City Hall Council Chambers, 220 Wyoming Highway 233, Kemmerer, WY. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments on the proposed FY 2021-2022 budget.
