DESTRUCTION OF PERMANENT FILES
This notice is submitted to alert all families of children who attended a Lincoln Uinta Child Development Association developmental disabilities preschool program during the school year 2013 through 2014. If your child received services through one of LUCDA’s centers (Alpine Child Development Center, Bridger Valley Child Development Center, LUCDA-Evanston, Kemmerer Child Development Center, Star Valley Child Development Center (Afton or Thayne) during the years listed, those records will be destroyed on or after June 1, 2021. If parents wish to obtain their child’s records they may contact the local center where their child attended, or the LUCDA Regional Office at P.O. Box 570, Mountain View, WY 82939, (307) 782-6602 prior to June 1, 2021. Records will be given only to those who can prove guardianship of the child. If you are a friend or relative of a child who attended the program during these years, please assist the program by notifying parents that records are available.

Dayton. The Petitioner also seeks a determination of the heirs of Nona H. Dayton, the degree of kinship and the right of descent of the interest in real property belonging to Nona H. Dayton upon her death.

City Council Meeting Minutes
April 26, 2021
The Kemmerer City Council met in regular session this 26th day of April, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Kemmerer, Wyoming. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Present on roll call were Mayor Bill Thek, Councilman Robert Bowen, Councilman Bill Price, and Councilwoman Jamie Thornock. Councilman Dale Hicks, Councilman Mark Quinn and Councilman Eric Rudy were absent.
Motion was made by Councilman Bowen to excuse the absence of Councilman Hicks, Councilman Quinn and Councilman Rudy; seconded by Councilman Price and unanimously approved by Council present.
Motion was made by Councilman Bowen to approve the agenda for April 26, 2021, as amended with the addition of new business (d) Golf Course Equipment Trade for Parts and Services and amend the April 12, 2021 minutes; seconded by Councilwoman Thornock and unanimously approved by Council present.
VISITOR’S COMMENTS AND PETITIONS:
State Representative Scott Heiner made comments on the Legislative Session. Amy Schramm, Olivia Nielson and Erin Ourada representing Kemmerer High School NHS spoke to the council regarding a color dash run they are having to raise funds for their annual angel tree.

Motion was made by Councilman Thornock to approve the items on the consent agenda as amended; seconded by Councilman Bowen and unanimously approved by Council present. Those items were:

(a) Motion was made by Councilman Price to remove from the table the J C Penney Statue Placement Decision; seconded by Councilman Bowen and unanimously approved by Council present.
No motion was made. Item died.
OLD BUSINESS:
None.
NEW BUSINESS:
(a) Motion was made by Councilman Price to approve the sign with the fossil fish as the new sign at the Kids Fishing Pond; seconded by Councilwoman Thornock. Councilman Price then amended his motion to add “Welcome to the” Kids Fishing Pond and include a bullet that states “Keep Off the Ice”; seconded by Councilman Bowen and unanimously approved by Council present. The mayor then called for the original motion with the council present voting unanimously to approve the motion.
(b) Motion was made by Councilman Bowen to approve the RFP for Weed Abatement; seconded by Councilman Price and unanimously approved by Council present.
(c) Motion was made by Councilman Bowen to present the Option Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Real Estate Commercial Lot or Land as amended to Wayne E & Natalie Gunderson Millar and Terri Ann Gunderson; seconded by Councilman Price and unanimously approved by Council present.
(d) Motion was made by Councilman Bowen to put golf equipment out for sealed bids; seconded by Councilwoman Thornock and unanimously approved by Council present.
COMMENTS:
Councilman Bowen and Mayor Thek made comments.
There being no further business before Council, Councilwoman Thornock made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Councilman Bowen and unanimously approved by Council present; 8:09 p.m.
