KEMMERER — The Kemmerer City Council passed its 2013-2014 FY budget at its Monday night meeting.
First on the agenda was a public hearing on the budget. This was a time for members of the community to address the council about the upcoming budget. No members of the public chose to address the board about the budget.
City councilman James Burnett took the opportunity to tell the council his praise this year’s budget process and said that this was one of the most prepared budgets the city has ever had.
