EVANSTON — The Lady Panthers also traveled to Evanston on Thursday, Dec. 20, to take on the Lady Red Devils’ sophomore team and won big, 66-32.
Tessa Teichert had 18 points, 6 assists and 8 steals. Marissa Pope had 14 points and Bethaney Briggs had 12. Carol Tonga had 7 rebounds and Justene Moody and Briggs had 4 each. Kaylie Moyes had 5 steals for the Lady Panthers.
The ladies traveled to Rich County to face the Lady Rebels on Friday, Dec. 21. It was a very physical game and a battle from start to finish, but the Lady Panthers came up short, losing 64-45.
Teichert had 19 points, 4 assists and 8 steals. Kataya Kallstrom had 5 rebounds and Briggs had 5 rebounds with 4 assists.
The Lady Panthers will also hit the road the week of Dec. 31 for their first conference game against the Lady Rattlers of Snake River on Friday, Jan. 4, and will be hosting the Lady Rams of Dubois on Saturday.
