A two-year Associate degree from a post-secondary education institution in an area related to skill required for the position and six to seven years experience in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary. Must be competent in two or more of the following areas: chemical analysis, instrumental analysis, laboratory-scale design and fabrication of experimental systems, technical, plumbing, electronics, electrical, welding or mechanical systems. Basic computer skill including familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing software is desirable. A valid Wyoming driver's license is necessary.
