She was born on June 10, 1949, in Leaksville, N.C., to Phillip and Peggy June (Weadan) Rawlings. At a young age, Elizabeth moved to Wyoming where she attended school and spent most of her life.
She married Joe Angelo III in 1970 in Kemmerer; he preceded his wife in death in 1993.
She had worked for many years as a stores keeper for Utah Power and Light. She moved to the Butte area in 2012.

She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
In keeping with her requests, Elizabeth's remains have been cremated; a family gathering celebrating her life will be held at a later date.
The family requests that memorials be made to The American Cancer Society.
