One would have thought they had been magically transported onto the pages of Better Homes and Gardens last Saturday on Kemmerer/Diamondville's first ever Garden Tour. The snapshots above feature the backyard of Diamondville resident Kathy Humphries, just two of the many lovely, serene scenes from the Tour that brought out dozens of local ladies who "oohed" and "aaahed" over the featured gardens. Humphries' front and back yards were adorned with arches, a fountain, banners, yard ornaments, hanging baskets, wildflowers, greenery, benches, and a gazebo, just to name a few.
The other incredible yards featured on the tour included those of: Diane Avery, Veronica Endecott, Myke Nishi, Nancy Orgill and Brittany Ritter
Following the tour, the attendees enjoyed refreshments at the Fossil Country Museum, the event's sponsor. Good conversation was shared and drawings were held for raffle items and door prizes.
